1. How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be delivered electronically to your registered email. Please carry your m-ticket or a valid printed ticket along with a photo ID to the venue for entry.
2. Are there age restrictions?
India Presence Summit is open to all attendees aged 18 and above. A valid photo ID may be required at entry for verification.
3. What is the refund / exchange policy?
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. In the rare event of a cancellation by the organiser, a credit note will be issued for the full ticket value redeemable against a future India Presence Summit or ISIM programme.
4. Do I need to carry a photo ID?
Yes please carry a valid government-issued photo ID such as an Aadhaar card, passport, or driver`s licence for verification at entry.
5. Are there any additional charges?
Ticket prices may include a service fee and/or convenience fee per transaction. Any applicable fees will be shown during checkout.
6. What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket gives you full day access to all keynote sessions, panel discussions, the ISIM Tribe Fashion Show, the Presence Awards, the Graduation Ceremony, and a sit-down lunch. Everything is included — one ticket, one full day.
7. What items are not allowed at the venue?
Standard prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, professional cameras and recording equipment, and large bags. Please follow the venue`s guidelines at all times.
8. Is photography and videography allowed?
India Presence Summit will be professionally photographed and filmed throughout the day. By attending the event you consent to being captured in photographs and video recordings which may be used for promotional purposes by ISIM and India Presence Summit. Personal photography for social media is welcome and encouraged.
10. What should I wear?
Smart casual or business casual attire is recommended. This is a premium professional event dress to make an impression.
