These Terms & Conditions govern your use of indiapresencesummit.com and your participation in India Presence Summit 2026. The event is organised by Samrdh Solutions LLP, operating as the Indian School of Image Management (ISIM), Mumbai, India.

By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket, or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. The Event

India Presence Summit 2026 is a ticketed, full-day event scheduled for 13 June 2026 at Radisson MIDC, Mumbai.

Samrdh Solutions LLP reserves the right to:

• Make changes to the event programme, speakers, schedule, session formats, or venue layout at any time without prior notice. These changes do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation.
• Refuse entry or remove any attendee from the event premises whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms — without liability or refund.
• Cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event in circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or force majeure events. In such cases, the terms outlined in our Refund Policy below will apply.

2. Tickets & Registration

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All ticket sales are final upon confirmation of payment.

Each ticket is valid for one named attendee only and is non-transferable without prior written approval from Samrdh Solutions LLP.

Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, or offered as a prize or incentive without express written permission from the organiser.

Your ticket grants you access to all sessions, the ISIM Tribe Fashion Show, the Presence Awards, the Graduation Ceremony, and a sit-down lunch on 13 June 2026 at Radisson MIDC, Mumbai.

Tickets do not include travel, accommodation, or any other costs associated with attending the event.

Entry to the venue will require a valid ticket confirmation — either printed or on your mobile device. Samrdh Solutions LLP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forwarded ticket confirmations that result in unauthorised entry.

3. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of personal plans, travel disruption, or inability to attend on the day.
• Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event programme, speakers, or schedule changes.
• Medical reasons or emergencies unless supported by documentation and reviewed at sole discretion of Samrdh Solutions LLP.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request a one-time transfer of your ticket to another individual by writing to us no later than 7 days before the event date. Transfers are subject to approval and must be confirmed in writing by our team. No transfer requests will be accepted after 6 June 2026.

Event Postponement or Cancellation by the Organiser

In the rare event that India Presence Summit 2026 is cancelled entirely by Samrdh Solutions LLP and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a credit note for the full ticket value redeemable against a future edition of India Presence Summit or any ISIM programme. No cash refunds will be issued.

In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a credit note as outlined above. No cash refunds will be issued.

4. Photography, Video & Media

India Presence Summit 2026 will be photographed and filmed throughout the day.

By attending the event, you grant Samrdh Solutions LLP and ISIM the right to capture, use, and distribute photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings in which you may appear. These may be used for promotional, educational, and documentation purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms without compensation or prior approval.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify us in writing before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your exclusion from all event coverage given the nature of a large public event.

Members of the media or press attending the event must register in advance and are subject to a separate media agreement.

5. Speaker Applications

Submission of a speaker application through indiapresencesummit.com does not guarantee selection or confirmation as a speaker at the event.

All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of Samrdh Solutions LLP. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application without providing reasons.

Selected speakers will be notified directly and will be required to sign a separate speaker agreement outlining their participation, content guidelines, and any associated terms.

Information submitted through the speaker application form will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Code of Conduct

India Presence Summit is a professional event. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect, dignity, and professionalism at all times.

The following will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund:

• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour directed at any individual.
• Disruptive conduct that interferes with sessions or the experience of other attendees.
• Unauthorised recording or photography of speakers or sessions without prior consent.
• Any behaviour that violates applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content presented at India Presence Summit 2026 — including but not limited to keynote presentations, session materials, speaker content, branding, and event collaterals — is the intellectual property of Samrdh Solutions LLP, ISIM, or the respective speakers and contributors.

Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the event without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

Personal notes and learnings taken during the event for individual use are of course encouraged.

8. Limitation of Liability

Samrdh Solutions LLP will not be held liable for:

• Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at the event venue.
• Any personal injury sustained at the event unless directly caused by our negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from attendance at or inability to attend the event.
• Any technical issues with the ticketing platform or website that are outside our direct control.

Attendance at India Presence Summit 2026 is at your own risk. We strongly recommend that attendees make their own travel and accommodation arrangements and take out appropriate personal insurance where necessary.

9. Website Use

By using indiapresencesummit.com you agree not to misuse the website in any way — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

All website content including copy, design, images, and branding is the property of Samrdh Solutions LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

Samrdh Solutions LLP reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

12. Force Majeure

Samrdh Solutions LLP shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations in connection with India Presence Summit 2026 where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns, civil unrest, terrorism, war, strikes, or any other event that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented.

In such circumstances, Samrdh Solutions LLP will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event. Ticket holders will be notified as soon as practically possible. The refund and credit note terms outlined in Section 3 will apply.

Samrdh Solutions LLP accepts no liability for any additional costs incurred by attendees — including travel, accommodation, or related expenses — as a result of a force majeure event.
